    Master Planned Village concept for providing affordable multifamily dwellings, condominium and single family attached dwellings on 4.5 acres. The project involved independent living units for physically challenged individuals/families. A Head Start center is planned that will provide daycare and social services. The uses share play areas and community garden areas. The project included a project programming, public involvement phase, Biological Assessment (BA) funding/grant preparation, master planning, site planning, landscape design, and land use project management.

    108-acre live/work development which includes 167 single and attached dwelling units with sustainable construction products and methods, energy efficiency and clean air practices. Landscape Architecture for 6th Street Station included a park, common areas, model homes, entry monumentation and streetscapes. Additionally, trail alignment was coordinated with a Battle Ground community trail. This “green” live/work project includes the public library, multiple restaurants and services and is walking distance to Main Street Battle Ground and the skate park.

    A multi-family residential community landscape master plan, streetscape, recreational facilities, and tree preservation plan. This project included extensive stands of existing trees along the project perimeter. Developed an innovative tree plan, which included existing trees for each phase in order to meet jurisdictional tree requirements.

    An approximately 4.5 acre, 28 unit, phased multi family project. Developed site plan consisting of building configuration, site circulation, parking, access, and open space. Prepared submittal documents and plans for agency review as well as coordinated/facilitated the land use approval process as the owner’s representative. Coordinated all project consultants, including civil engineering, traffic engineering, and surveying. In addition to preparing the site plan developed landscape plans, tree plans, and lighting plans.

    An approximately 60 acre, 300+ unit phased multi family project. Developed site plan consisting of building configuration, site circulation, parking, access, and open space. Prepared submittal documents and plans for agency review as well as coordinated/facilitated the land use approval process as the owner’s representative. Coordinated all project consultants, including civil engineering, traffic engineering, and surveying. In addition to preparing the site plan, PSI developed landscape plans, tree plans, and lighting plans. In an effort to comply with local concurrency requirements a strategy was developed to divide the project into three sub-projects. Created colored plan view for client marketing.

    Developed a master landscape plan for a multi phase project which included apartments and a retirement community with condominiums and assisted living. The 200 unit apartment project included entry monumentation along with recreation facilities with a sport court, picnic area and pool. The Grove at Eight Town Center condos included tree preservation plans with in house arborist to protect existing trees. The final phase was the Mt. View Assisted Living Facility. Developed planting and irrigation plans. Coordinated with local governing agencies with regards to design requirements. Specific attention given to the needs and requirements of the communities intended residents.

    Developed land use and site plans for a mixed-use development. The project consisted of commercial, office, and residential components. Extensive design was applied to meeting agency required floor area ratios. Designs consisted of entry features, plaza space, and pedestrian access between project areas. The first phase of row homes is currently constructed and occupied.
